- All weekly rentals are Friday to Friday
- Charges include electricity, heating & cleaning
- Duvets provided
- Covers, linen & towels required
- Pets are not permitted
- On booking, a deposit of 20% is payable
- Balance of rental is due six weeks before your stay
- A breakage deposit of £50 is payable on arrival
